PAWZ Planner: Capacity Planning is now fully automated using the PAWZ Planner component.

PAWZ Planner is an industry first, fully automated capacity planner. Capacity Planners can now exactly know how much capacity is remaining (headroom) on a daily basis for each server, from any workstation browser with no manual intervention.

PerfCap's PAWZ Planner uses the same analytic queuing network algorithm as in PerfCap's eCAP Planner. It is completely out of the box software and requires no scripting, or a capacity planning guru. It can use pre-defined workloads or can be customized for specific workload definitions.

The PAWZ Planner will automatically produce saturation response time, device utilization, device rate, throughput and remaining headroom on a daily basis. A headroom trending graph will show how remaining capacity has been used over a period of time. It can be run on demand or automatically every day at a pre-scheduled time.
