PAWZ Performance Analysis Training:

This course is a hands-on training for PAWZ, its installation, customization, maintenance and internals. The goal of training is to have attendees familiarize themselves with all functionality of the product so that they can maximize its use. Main topics covered during the course are:

It is a hands on training with extensive use of laboratory sessions.

eCAP Capacity Planning Methodology Training:

This course introduces Capacity Planning methodology and its application using the PerfCap’s Capacity Planning Suite of software tools. In addition to training in the theory and methods of capacity planning, the student will gain practical experience in analyzing performance data and creating and manipulating analytical models of Windows NT/2000/2003, HP-UX, SUN Solaris, IBM-AIX, Tru64 Unix, Linux, and OpenVMS systems.

Specific topics covered in this training includes:

Data collection techniques
Use of the eCAP Monitor on OpenVMS, Windows NT/2000/2003, and all supported UNIX platforms
Performance analysis fundamentals
Workload characterization methodology
Model creation, validation, and manipulation
Saturation analysis Network modeling
